Paola Pellini
Lawyer Founder
Paola her law degree with honors from Bocconi Commercial University of Milan in 2009, and she joined the Milan Bar Association in 2012.
Over the years she has accumulated extensive experience in assisting Italian SMEs and innovative Italian and European start-ups. Her involvement extends to both commercial and corporate law issues and emerging challenges related to data protection and cybersecurity.
In her role, she offers assistance to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of contracts and the conduct of business disputes. In parallel, she provides direct advice to Italian and foreign entrepreneurs and private investors, actively participating in the planning and implementation of M&Ae transactions and addressing key corporate governance issues.

Stefano Fissardi
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Stefano Fissardi is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor with extensive experience in tax and corporate consulting. He currently owns FCAdvisors firm in Milan, where he focuses on corporate finance transactions, business valuations, ordinary and consolidated financial statements, and tax returns.
His main focus is on advising and managing the domestic and international tax positions of directors, executives, and managers of large multinational companies.

Alessandro Di Puppo
Of Counsel
Alessandro specializes in industrial law and intellectual property (e.g. registration of trademarks, patents, models, designs and software, as well as exploitation contracts for the same intangible assets, in addition to the protection of know-how and confidentiality agreements), unfair competition, new technologies law, and corporate, national and international contracts. He has participated as a speaker at conferences on industrial law, competition and new technology law and has authored publications on the subject
After completing a law degree, transnational focus, at the University of Trento and attending a specialization course in legal informatics and new technology law at the University of Bologna, he obtained his professional qualification in Italy, where he works permanently as a lawyer qualified to practice before higher courts, registered with the Bolzano Bar Association, directly assisting leading Italian and foreign companies. He is a member of VVP, a Germanic association of intellectual property experts.

After graduating in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, he specialized in the field of tax law, focusing his expertise on local tax disputes.
With a solid academic background and specialized training, he has accumulated over ten years of experience in legal assistance in civil, administrative and tax matters at several municipalities in Northern Sardinia.
During his professional career, he has developed specific knowledge in tax debt collection, with a focus on dealing with collection agencies and the central and local tax authorities. His detailed experience in these areas enables him to offer specialized and focused legal advice, ensuring comprehensive support to his clients.

Anna Calcagni

After graduating in Law from Bocconi Commercial University of Milan in 2010 with a thesis about workers' protections in bankruptcy proceedings, Anna began her career working with renowned national and international law firms. She is a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2016.
In 2017, she decided to go into freelance practice, with an emphasis on independent legal advice, consolidating a robust expertise in labor law, providing assistance to individuals and companies at all stages of the employment relationship, from establishment to termination. She has also focused on representing clients in both union and court proceedings, ensuring comprehensive and experienced support.
In recent years, thanks to her collaboration with an experienced lawyer specializing in real estate law, she has expanded her expertise in this area.
