Paola her law degree with honors from Bocconi Commercial University of Milan in 2009, and she joined the Milan Bar Association in 2012.
Over the years she has accumulated extensive experience in assisting Italian SMEs and innovative Italian and European start-ups. Her involvement extends to both commercial and corporate law issues and emerging challenges related to data protection and cybersecurity.
In her role, she offers assistance to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the management of contracts and the conduct of business disputes. In parallel, she provides direct advice to Italian and foreign entrepreneurs and private investors, actively participating in the planning and implementation of M&Ae transactions and addressing key corporate governance issues.

Edoardo is a Forensic Technical Consultant specialized in Information Technology, registered with the Order of Industrial and Graduate Industrial Experts, with a particular focus in the IT discipline.
Currently, he serves as the Judge's Technical Consultant at the Court of Pavia, offering his expertise and experience in IT to support the judicial system. In addition to his role as the Judge's Technical Consultant, Edoardo also acts as a Party Technical Consultant in criminal and civil legal litigation.
He is also an Auditor/Lead Auditor of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems.
